remove "Suborder Number" and "BOB Status" from our order item grid #39

No need to remove from "Export to Excel", can be useful somehow, so please don't.

just make sure that we are not showing these in our grid, like other irrelevant columns in our cross_order_order table.

as @onuryavuz told me, each export is a new query. so this (showing these in our export but not in our grid) should be easily doable.
