The proxy selector is taking long time after updating windows ( in windows7 )

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.ProxySearch proxySearch = ProxySearch.getDefaultProxySearch();
2.ProxySelector myProxySelector = proxySearch.getProxySelector();
3. in Step2 it is taking min 20 to 25 sec in windows7 PC and in xp itis taking 
1 to 2 sec. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It must be less than 2 sec the reply. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows7 and windows8 we are using this one proxy-vole_20121203_bin.zip

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,
Actually I cannot reproduce this here. Please try to debug this and and provide 
some information about which method is invoked in Proxy Vole and is blocking. 

Please try also the following first. Goto Internet Explorer settings and in the 
connection settings deselect the option "Automatically detect settings"

yes if some data is there in the text fields then it will it will be delay
if i remove every thing then it works.
