Few things have to be implemented:

[ ] Random time to change lane before intersection -- currently cars always change the lane in the begging of the road which leads to traffic jams
[ ] Change lane if the car is going forward on intersection and can be in any lane
[ ] Better way to handle deadlocks if two cars change lanes one's to another's at the same time
