hello all: I have an question that the openCAPWAP is running as an ac or ap? I think that the ac only need the capwap control packet process and the fsm.why the WTP is need for? --Shen Ni

openCAPWAP contains both AC and WTP binaries. WTP is the agent which runs on AP.

ButI have a question whether The WTP include the AP capwap and 802.11 atheros wireless drive?Because I don't see the drive part in the WTP,thank you?

There are two branches, master branch is based on ioctl which is vendor dependent. Implementation at elena.ago branch is based on netlink (nl80211) which shouldn't depend on the driver. Also, this branch works on Atheros chipsets .
