Add Contributors section in README.md which will showcase all the valuable contributors. You can take help from other repositories.

Yes, you can work on it as I will merge that pull request which I will find right. Fortunately, I will review both of them and mark hacktoberfest-accepted whether it is perfect or not but it should be functional.
