Remove Changing the Directory to an Absolute Path from betterbrain.bat #31

Currently the betterbrain.bat contains a "CD" command that points to an absolute path of the build directory and looks like this after the application build:

cd d:\Development\java\BetterBrainWorkspace\BetterBrain\dist

This breaks the portability to other machines and needs to be removed.
