volo "update" documentation #140

Had trouble trying to find this information yesterday, so, thought I'd add the info to make it a little easier for other volo noobs (like me) to find.

Thanks for all the hard work on this project so far!

Thanks! I also added a short example about updating a lib in the examples section of the add command.
