Installing/Enabling this Extension causes the Extension Tab to stop working #165

Extension Tab is not properly loading with this Extension enabled (Endless spinning, cant enable or disable Extensions). But as soon as I deleted it from my Extensions Folder, everything shows up perfectly normal again.
