Disc in the drive causes multiMAN to refresh your games list twice upon startup #10

When you start up multiMAN with a disc in the Blu-Ray drive it will refresh 
your games list twice instead of just displaying it once on startup.

Bug has been present for a while ,cant remember the version it started but 
still present in v2.00.04
