Refresh icon in coverflow #13

STEP BY STEP:
==============
1. Goto XMMB setting column and set Slide/coverflow as default startup.
2. Now switch with L1 or R1 until you get to coverflow display mode.
3. Scroll your games list to the start and leave it sitting on "Refresh Games 
List"
4. Click the O button on the control and restart multiMAN.

Results:
========
When multiman restarts ,instead of saying "Refrsh Games List" ,it will display 
the name of the first game in your list.
Scroll left and back or right and back,it will correct itself.
