It would be nice, given all the themes available for multiman, to have 
transparent device icons.

I would like to be able to keep my devicons between themes, rather than having 
a seperate set for each theme, for example the black square surrounding the 
default icons.  

As multiman already utilises transparent pngs, i'm sure this would not be that 
hard to implement and would give theme makers more flexibility.

I suggest adding new rules in the theme spec:

 Separate the images of button from the theme background image.
 Leave the icon blank first.
 Let the user to decide the functions of button in Multiman.
 And finally, fill the corresponding icon in the blank space of background theme.
