updates overwriting themes #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing any update, including base.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the current theme should stay in USDIR, and images not get ovewritten.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
multiMAN Version: 02.00.04 BASE.

Please provide any additional information below.

Just tagging them invalid with no explaination what so ever isn't doing 
yourself any good mate.I for one have stopped using themes because of this very 
reason.I test almost every beta that goes out and man,the way you pump them out 
its just a waste of time even installing a theme...... may as well just remove 
theme support altogether,that way you wont have to fix it.
