Volta still showing deleted issues #76

I have found a particular case that we still showing the issue that was delete in github.

e.g: https://volta.net/nuxt/nuxt/issues/21124

I guess we should avoid this to obvious reasons.

We've indeed encounter this issue in the past but it should not happen anymore.

We'll investigate as soon as possible!
