Can't get correct display #29

I updated the latest firmware and charset. I put the elements on my panel and
saving.
Then I'm connecting minimOSD to ardupilot and I'm powering up both boards.
MinimOSD it's not working until I push reset button or wait 20 seconds to power
minimOSD after powering Ardupilot (like someone have mentioned).
Then I only see Artificial Horizon (working properly) and not the other
elements.
I tried to use another Charset and I got more elements but still it's not
working properly.

Please let me know if you need screenshot or if it's known issue I'd be glad to
know how to solve.

Last time someone reported us that error it was relative to bad char update.
Please, there is a note on wiki's MinimOSD/troubleshot: "Video overlay
presenting fuzzy and not well formed chars".

Was the wikipage MinimOSD/troubleshot helpful?
Did you solve the issue by following the instructions?

I'm sorry but I don't have any success...
I've tried with external feeding, nothing. Then, I've tried another computer
but still not working.
I believe my miniosd may be defective.
Can I do anything else or can I send it somewhere for a technical inspection?

Thank you very much.

What firmware is on your APM ArduPlane or ArduCopter?
Now I think that a screenshot would help.

I had v12 and yesterday tested with v13.
I can't send you a screenshot right now because I gave Ardupilot to a friend to
fly with. I can only tell you that I used OSD Config v0.5.4425.14358 and
firmware MinimOSD_19_MAV10.hex with charset MinimOSD_19.mcm and OSD_SA_v5.mcm
and I only got an artificial horizon which was not showing well even that
(blurring and disappearing when moving the ardupilot).

I think we did everything around the basic. The next step would be using an AVR
programmer to: erase the chip, reload the bootloader and check/set the fuses.
After that you would re-upload the firmware and try it. If you are no
experienced on this, please contact the 3DR technical support.

Thanks for your support!
I'm not really sure how to do that...
Can you tell me how to find a way to contact 3DR Support?
I'm willing to send this OSD for technical inspection and repair if needed.

Thanks Again!
