[raspberry] Add an option to fetch the latest kernel

Since got fed up of having to check what the latest kernel was from raspberrypi/firmware, raspberrypi/linux and Hexxeh/rpi-firmware.

Of course, turned off by default, and with a warning that things ~will~might break..
