UI Configuration Pages: "visibleIf" support for select as source field #702

Thanks for your inspiration. I had to rework the visibileIf mechanism since it had a nasty bug (triggered when you push Ui config twice). While there I integrated your suggestion: https://github.com/volumio/Volumio2-UI/commit/d2c85bbe9286d2e99b3e3d6ce9ea2b6badfe0e5d
