Update plugin-manager.html #765

With this PR, installed plugins appears in first tab. More convenient to set value in plugins (equalizer) Screenshot_2020-09-05

IMHO this PR to be completed should have a notification that tells: "You don't have any installed plugins, search a plugin" (or something like that ) and a button that brings to plugin search

Back with this... For Buster, I think we need : Create new categories Sort alphabetically available plugins in the UI Report "update" only for installed plugin in "installed plugin" tab Swap tabs to get "installed plugin" in first page with a message as you suggest if no plugin installed, or even no tab at all if no plugin installed
