Step to reproduce

Result: there are 2 webradios, with the former and the new name, while the former name should be removed.

Confirmed in 2.413. When I edit the name of a webradio, the second one does not appear until I navigate away and come back.

A few notes while we're here.

the 'Edit Webradio' menu item is wired up to this function
- The add functionality also talks to this function
There are also backend functions to look at, here and here

So it looks like work on the UI side will be required as well as the backend.
