volume buttons does not work as expected #1972

clicking on small speakers in desktop UI does not work if volume is not set first with the slider. To reproduce, reboot and try to change volume with +/- speakers

Looks like it's an UI display issue? vol_Issues

Also looks like there are some rounding errors..
