personal_raido plugin need republishing #133

Currently, personal_radio plugin (updated on 22/1/2018) is built on previous merged source that it had missing brace error. So, http://volumio.github.io/volumio-plugins/plugins/volumio/armhf/music_service/personal_radio/personal_radio.zip is not working. Please republish the plugin with current merged master branch that already has been fixed error under the music service category.

plugin is updated on 5/2/2018 and it works well so I'll close this issue. thanks.
