Brutefir fatal crash #135

@balbuze We have a problem here:

In case the daemon cannot be reached we have a whole volumio crash. This must be handled better https://github.com/volumio/volumio-plugins/blob/fc328b85e40c56a6554ef6ff8af10a86e9b2555e/plugins/miscellanea/brutefir/index.js#L62

Hummm... You are using a very old version.. just forget it.. the only pr is for volsimpleequal. If you want to test brutefir, use the one in my repo in audio_interface/brutefir
