ir_controller and nanosound plugins should be mutually exclusive

Both plugins handle (in not very "clean" manner) the /etc/lirc configuration. They should warn the user or not be installable at the same time.

nanomesher commented 5 years ago

nanomesher plugin has moved away from LIRC (ie, removing the dependency) since version 1.8, so it should not be a problem anymore after the upgrade.
