Adding support for Interlude Audio HAT's #167

We would like to add support for Interlude Audio Digital and Analog HAT's to Volumio. Our driver changes have already been merged with the official Raspberry Pi linux Kernel and are now available as part of the latest Raspbian Distribution.

Volumio build for Raspberry Pi is currently using kernel 6.1.69

On this version, there is no support for Interlude HATs yet, so this PR is not enough

added the new entries in the I2S DAC list, with kernel 6.6.x the dt-overlays are available
