EX30 API support #16

Hi Volvo Team.

I've come here from https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/116483.

Would you have any information to share regarding EX30 support from Volvo's APIs ? There's a bunch of Home assistant users who would love to integrate their car with the platform. Moreover, it could also help the broader community :)

It seems that the authorization/authentication part is the same for both apps (Volvo Cars and Volvo EX30), but the EX30 app then uses Geely API, the same one that Smart #1/#3 uses.

Does this mean that there is another way to integrate EX30 to home assistant ? I would like to read State of Charge of the battery somehow. Is there another way that someone has accomplished that ?

I am one of the Home Assistant users who's desperately waiting for the public API to communicate with EX30.

There's an addon that kind of works with EX30

Controls do not work and don't have all the sensors, but it's better then nothing until we have some news from Volvo. You can give it a try
