Use mouse wheel to control zoom #28

Most map websites use the Mouse wheel to change the zoom-in/zoom-out. Using this site repositions the map in the vertical axis. It would be more consistent and intuitive to do the same here. Repositioning the map already works by dragging.

Definitely something that should be added, nice QoL feature that should exist. After I fix the issue with positional zooming (https://github.com/vonbeardy/hd2galaxy-issues/issues/20), I'll also add in the mouse wheel events for zooming
