In an order to save bandwidth costs, start using proto buffers to send a smaller payload. This issue goes in tandem with https://github.com/vonbeardy/hd2galaxy-issues/issues/25

Proto buffer update has been deployed. Should reduce bandwidth for planet detail pulls by 85%!
