Show calculations and predictions #4

Included calculations to show more details related to regen rate and player progress. This also includes predictions based off of the progress over time.

Should be coming either today or tomorrow. Logic is written and appears to be accurate, just need to plug it in to the site

First iteration has been deployed. Mostly seems accurate but may need some more tweaking

Was a slight logic error with liberation predictions. Has been fixed and deployed. Will continue to monitor/tweak predictions as needed
