Can present STAR outputs from this pipeline support "psichomics" package for Alternative splicing?

Additionally there is a new bioconductor package IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR, but it uses outputs of other aligners?

If you need TPM counts (measured by RSEM) for IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR, take a look at my fork of this repo
