This PR has to be tested! I am not a CSS expert.

But it works for me. I tested it on MW 1.31.7 with vector and chameleon 2.2.0 skin.

It leaves the font-awesome icons that you can use with chameleon-skin (in menus) alone, but still shows correct icons in the buttons. So for me it solves https://github.com/vonloxley/Shariff-Mediawiki/issues/4

Thank you for the pull request. I use these defaults in production, therefore I won’t change them. If you want to change the css, you can do so by changing upstream sources and copy the generated css.
