Mass subscribe results have broken list menu #20

When mass subscribing, the result page shows a strange broken List Menu.  It's
missing many of the items that should be there, and the List Admin Menu is gone
altogether.

Also, the result page should not say "Attempting to add the..."; it either did
or it didn't.

Jeff:  This bug is old and needs to be reverified.  Also, the whole mechanism 
by which the results are 
displayed is broken; the list of sub'd users needs to be returned from the API 
call.
