Announce only blueprint does not work #34

I need to be able to allow at least the owners of a list to post to it freely
without moderation, and
everybody else's messages to be moderated. I can't see how to do this. If I
could just switch on
notification emails for "soft" holds, then it'll sort of end up how I want it.

For example:

I created an "Announce-only" list. Then I logged in as the owner, went to
Roles/Permissions and
it
already shows that the Owner can post. But because of the "hold all mail"
setting, not even the
owner
can post without moderation. If I remove the "hold all mail", the owner can
post, which is great.
But
there's no way to allow others to post with moderation. They can either post
freely, or their
posts are
"soft" held, which means the owner does _not_ receive notification that there
are posts requiring
approval.

Jeff: This has been fixed, subscribers who post to lists (without permission)
now generate HARD
holds which result in moderator notification.
