Wow, this will be kewl to have.   The key to this is to approach it as two 
simple projects that are doable by a relative beginner.  

  - Abstract and externalize the strings in the app
  - Localize the strings into English

After these two sisters projects are completed.  Subetha fans who wish to have 
it run in different languages can become a maintainer of their languages 
translation file.
