New constructor (or factory method?) with ExecutorService as argument.

Hi, 
is it possible to add new constructor for Wiser with ExecutorService as 
argument. Wee need to change default behavior of handling threads.

My second question is: could I start inner SMTPServer serverThread as a "daemon 
type" somehow? 

I'm adding a patch for adding constructor, if it helps.
