Simple compile action #12

With thanks to trifecta we now have a simple build when we do a push or pull towards main.

Looks good! I left a few comments. Maybe you can squash (and then call the resulting commit 'reformat lvgl'), or just remove, the two commits that 'break argparse' and 'unbreak argparse'.

I did some git things that seem to have worked. :shrug: For me this is a sufficient start to what we need.
