stop building ftxui examples #14

While building ftxui to use it as a library, we also build all examples, which is wasteful, and noisy - lots of compiler warnings. Maybe we can build only the parts we need?

On top of that, I think we need to figure out how Meson options work, so we can skip the entire FTXUI build in some cases as well, etc.
