Add license #3

We should add a license file to be clear about what our license is.

I personally do not care what license this is.

When I was thinking about this (and discussing it with a few people) some time ago, I was leaning towards something BSD/MIT-ish. More freedoms means more users, but may also mean less code sharing from commercial vendors that use the project.

GPL means completer code sharing, but fewer users, which in the end may lead to fewer contributions.

I'm still leaning towards BSD/MIT.

LICENSE now contains the MIT license.
