very draft. Needs refactoring so we don't duplicate 30 lines of yaml for macos, and maybe don't have a bunch of lines copied from tmux.sh

update: #61 replaces this for testing on Ubuntu. Leaving this around because it works on macos 30% of the time, and perhaps a volunteer will improve those odds. Instead of Docker we could also use pip, if it helps.
