Add launch.json for easier vscode stuff #45

This gives me the option to hit F5 to get a compile and have GDB attached.

I wasn't sure about this, but it seems that checking in .vscode/launch.json is ok to check in: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32964920/should-i-commit-the-vscode-folder-to-source-control

I don't mind checking this in, although it is somewhat specific (only lvgl, with the curl library hack), but I'll merge it :)
