Use HA panel to render entities #74

This PR should:

[X] Accept a 'panel' command on the cmdline to then
[X] retrieve the panel from HA

This is all for #59

Current state needs work:

Some cards have multiple entities, we should support that in UIEntity base class.
There's a lot of repeat code that we should optimize (see FIXME)
There's quite a bit of config in the card, that we should consider moving to the UIEntity so that it can render things properly. We should actually /not/ provide the card json to the UIentity, but work with properties of what the UIEntity controls support.

i managed to get a what(): Send out a command, but received something with a different ID. out of this, we still need to handle that async stuff better

We want to make this PR mergable (means fixing macos build) and then merge it. After this, we want to fix #78

Once we have #78 fixed, we'll continue with the two open items:

[ ] Add support for multiple HAEntities linked to one UIEntity
[ ] Parse the HA panel and map it to UIentities
