feature request : specify in the config the locales folder #108

i want to open inio from anywhere

then specify the root folder of locales

then from there the pattern will be filled

eg: i open inio in desktop i make config where the locales are

eg : in project locales

it acts like i opend inio in project locales folder and from there i can specify the pattern normally

But for what?

To avoid entering the same dir in each template? But these are just a few characters

i want to open inio in desktop and C:\Users\zaki\Downloads\frontend-master (2)\frontend-master\i18n\ hers the locales key i want to use inio for multiple projects

i dont want to open inio in locales folder for some reason i want to open it on desktop multiple projects appare and i select one of them , the dir is alredy configerd

so this would be a central place to run inio and save configurations and manage multiple projects
