make a chechbox named debug or somthing

this chechbox marks the modifed value or added its used for debug purpose

like it inclide the name of file thay changed and what keys or value that was toched

the file always add data to the last line with date to track witch date the locales been toched

just a txt file or json file preffeed

i mean if checbox is clicked it start record inio log
