Automatically add Frequent Folders to db #95

Windows has a list of frequently accessed folders, so use that. Add them with weight zero since we don't know for sure they're useful and to avoid them incrementing every time ZLocation is imported.

May I ask, why this was added? The list of frequently accessed folders lists folders visited in Windows Explorer. The folders I access in the shell are vastly different from the GUI locations.
