Allow custom colouring based on a bandwidth range.

Right now we have all active connections hilight in yellow.

Change this to allow the user to define ranges

UI needs to be prototyped but roughly:

[Color Preiview] From 0 up to [ value1 ] KB/s [ - Remove ] [Color Preiview] From {value1} Up to [value2] KB/s [ - Remove ] [Color Preiview] More than {value2} [ + Add Range ]

Note the list is auto adjusted so there are no gaps.

Closing feature seems too complex and would take away from the simplicity of the current UI.
