Description of task

Launching thruster interface should not crash when you are running the code on something that isnt the drone.

[ ] Every function in header files are documented (inputs/returns/exceptions)

Made it run withouth I2C. Maybe in the future I can document the header files and such or write a wiki page, @IbixD97 future project?
