Does this work on AMD RX 580? Because need to run stable diffusion on my PC. If any one knows a solution let me know, please.

FYI, RX 580 is based on gfx803 arch.

RX 580 works with ZLUDA at least for Blender, I've been using it for around a month with zero issues.
