Multiple profile support #5

This pull request adds multiple as discussed in issue #3

@voshawn I had some trouble getting the UI to look propper, could you take a look at that?

Also, I'll note that in the drop down there's always a "New Profile" entry which you can select to add a new profile. (or press the "+ Add") button.

What do you mean by the UI not looking proper? It looks pretty good to me.

@voshawn The width of the dropdown changes depending on the length of the first name. It'd be nice if the dropdown took up half the width regardless of width & the buttons took up the other half.
