Minor updates:

Minor documentation updates to README, Create.semantic.twitter, Create.twomode.twitter and the Intro-to-vosonSML vignette:
- Specified the tidyr and tidytext package requirements in descriptions and examples
- Updated references to twomode networks as 2-mode where possible
