If I've already submitted an application to the current round, the profile callout should reflect that. Currently, (after submitting), I still see the "now taking applications" callout.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit an application
2. Navigate back to profile
3. View the callout at top of page

Expected behavior The callout reads "Your application was submitted to Round 6"
