update tweets for 2017 #288

@sasjkia re your ASAP call for updating reference to the 2016 election - please can you provide updated versions for these tweets, then I'll make the changes

I think the thanks page has 2 different tweets: 1 for rider, the other for driver.

Thanks @ArmandoAmador, you're correct, this is no longer relevant. Closing for now, but we'll need to update 2017 to 2018 in a couple of months ;)
