MS Access Database - also operator requirements #342

Here's the MS Access database I promised.

It lets you look at how I need to see data for both Drivers and Riders.

For Drivers I need to see the follwing:

If there is a map, I need a symbol for the different types of vehicles I listed in the database. What would be lovely but we can save this for 2019 is a "+" sign on a vehicle if it still has seats available in it.

Riders For Riders I want to see if they have any special needs so that I can get them in the right vehicle with the right driver. Notice under Drivers I have added multi-lingual. We have some areas where this will be very helpful.

This should give us a good starting point so you can see what I am thinking about a completely closed non-front facing system for dispatching drivers. Drivers can basically self-register but can then be managed from the back-end.

Here's an important question. If different organizations are using this system, will everyone be able to see riders that need to be picked up as well as drivers that are available? I'm hoping this is the case. It does little good to have a system with free rides when those rides are limited only to the organization that has sponsored the drivers. Just sayin'

@acqsysandrea much of this is now (or will soon be) done by the operator page. At some point, I'll break this up into multiple, smaller, issues and close this one
